Brandon Dillard, Co-founder | Director of Project Management & Operations
Brandon was raised in a family where building and fixing things was a way of life. From a young age, he gained hands-on experience working on home projects, learning the value of hard work, precision, and doing things the right way. He later earned a Civil Engineering degree from West Virginia University, combining technical knowledge with real-world experience to deliver high-quality results.
Before co-founding Eclipse Construction, Brandon managed large-scale projects for a respected regional general contractor. That role shaped his approach to leadership—emphasizing planning, accountability, and attention to detail across every phase of a job.
Today, Brandon oversees project management and operations at Eclipse, ensuring each job is completed with clear communication, professional execution, and long-term reliability. His focus is on delivering not just a finished product, but a dependable experience from start to finish.
Chris Lazzell, Co-founder | Director of Construction & Estimation
Chris brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and a deep respect for craftsmanship to every job. Raised in a military family as the son of a combat engineer, he learned early how to build and repair nearly everything—framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, foundations, kitchens, bathrooms, and more.
Although he moved often during his childhood, Chris’s roots run deep in West Virginia. His family has lived in the Morgantown area for generations on both sides, and he takes pride in carrying that legacy forward by serving the community he calls home.
Before co-founding Eclipse, Chris worked as an insurance adjuster, gaining valuable insight into how property claims are handled from start to finish. That experience sharpened his ability to guide homeowners through the claims process and ensure they receive fair reimbursement for damages.
At Eclipse, Chris leads field operations and estimation with a no-compromise approach to quality, believing that homes and buisnesses deserve more than quick fixes—they deserve work done with pride and purpose.
Tony Pompa, Senior Project & Sales Manager
Tony brings over five years of experience in project management and roofing sales, with a reputation for integrity, clear communication, and consistently delivering results that last. Whether it’s a residential roof replacement or a commercial install, Tony brings a personal, detail-oriented approach to every project.
His career is built on trust—guiding clients through the process with transparency, keeping job sites organized, and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded at every stage.
A proud Penn State graduate (Class of 2012), Tony moved to Morgantown in 2016, drawn by a love for the outdoors and community. When he’s not on-site or consulting with clients, he enjoys exploring local trails with his two dogs and appreciating the natural beauty of West Virginia.
At Eclipse, Tony plays a vital role in delivering smooth project experiences from the first call to final inspection.
Garrett Monty, Field Representative
Garrett brings a solid background in environmental consulting and a natural ability to connect with people. After earning his degree in Environmental and Energy Resource Management from West Virginia University, he spent the early part of his career in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs, supporting large-scale construction projects with a focus on environmental safety and compliance.
Now based in West Virginia, Garrett is often one of the first points of contact for clients—setting expectations, building trust, and helping ensure every project gets off to the right start.
Originally from New Jersey, his love of hunting, fishing, and the outdoors is what ultimately led him back to the Mountain State. Garrett’s approach blends professionalism with approachability, making clients feel informed, supported, and confident from day one.

After years of working in the industry—and hearing one too many stories of contractors cutting corners or taking advantage of people—we knew there had to be a better way.
With Brandon’s background in Civil Engineering and large-scale commercial project management, and Chris’s lifetime of hands-on construction experience and insurance expertise, Eclipse was born from a shared vision: build a company rooted in integrity, precision, and long-term value.
From day one, we’ve focused on being the kind of contractor we would want working on our own homes—transparent, professional, and fully committed to doing the job right.
