Yes! Both TAMKO warranties and our workmanship guarantee can typically be transferred to new homeowners, adding value to your property sale. The warranty can be transferred one time in a 20 year period.
What's not covered under the warranty?
Normal wear and tear, damage from severe weather events, and issues caused by lack of maintenance are typically excluded. We’ll provide coverage details during your consultation.
How quickly can warranty issues be resolved?
We prioritize warranty claims and aim to schedule inspections within 48 hours and carry out repairs as soon as possible, weather permitting.
