These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Eclipse Construction text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

You can generally expect up to 4 messages per month outside of active project communication.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Eclipse Construction does not charge separately for the messages themselves.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and we will stop sending texts to that number.
